1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FC99 platform, including all associated websites, mobile experiences, games, betting markets, promotional materials, and customer support services operated under the brand name FC99 (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by FC99 and is accessible at https://fc99.cam.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device used, the jurisdiction of access, or the nature of activity conducted. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

FC99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on this page with the updated date indicated at the top. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with FC99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. FC99 operates a strict 21+ policy across all games, betting markets, and promotional activities. Age verification may be requested at any point, including at the time of withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are registering for personal use only and are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of FC99 or any of its affiliated companies, payment processors, or game suppliers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

FC99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of any eligibility condition may be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed, with any balance subject to review under our fraud and compliance procedures.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the FC99 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — will be treated as duplicate accounts. FC99 may close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses or winnings pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The name registered on your FC99 account must exactly match the name on your official identification documents and your payment method. Mismatches will delay or block withdrawals pending KYC resolution.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified FC99 of a security breach in writing without undue delay.
• Ensuring that your contact information remains current and accurate. FC99 accepts no liability for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact details.

FC99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Suspicious login activity should be reported to our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

FC99 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you deposit via cryptocurrency, in which case the MYR-equivalent value at the time of crediting applies.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• FC99 does not charge fees on standard MYR deposits. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, remain your responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Standard MYR withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• A minimum of one deposit must have been made and cleared before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• FC99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation pending compliance review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

FC99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x) will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a different rate than slots. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits that remain unused or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days) will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse and Collusion: FC99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonus credits and associated winnings if we reasonably believe that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion has occurred. Accounts involved in such activity may be permanently closed.
• Age Restriction: All bonuses and promotions are available to members aged 21 and above only. Bonuses claimed by ineligible members will be voided.

7 Betting Rules & Wagering

FC99's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UFC, NBA, and major international tournaments. Live in-play betting is available on selected events. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform and reflected in your account transaction history. Verbal, telephone, or live chat bets are not accepted.
• FC99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. Members will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary based on your account tier.
• Winnings on single bets are calculated as: (Decimal Odds × Stake) − Stake. Winnings on accumulator bets are calculated by multiplying odds across all legs.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any sporting event or casino game, FC99's records and the official result published by the relevant governing body shall be the final arbiter.
• FC99 reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time without prior notice, including during in-play markets where the integrity of the event is in question.

8 Responsible Gambling

FC99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of elapsed session time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the FC99 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without express authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details, including identity documents submitted during KYC.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or from a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploits may be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other unauthorised tool to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating bets with other members to exploit bonus structures or to manipulate outcomes (collusion).
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing FC99 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the FC99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of FC99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of FC99.

The FC99 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of FC99. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in connection with any product or service is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FC99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

FC99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. While we maintain a target uptime of 99.2%, scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability. FC99 accepts no liability for losses directly resulting from Platform downtime where the downtime was caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party payment provider outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits FC99's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

FC99 may amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a change is material — including changes affecting member financial rights, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — FC99 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice via email to registered account holders or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. We encourage all members to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any revision, your sole remedy is to close your account.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. FC99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute between you and FC99, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. FC99 will respond to formal written complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. FC99's records, including bet histories, transaction logs, and communication records, shall serve as prima facie evidence in the event of any dispute.
